Cooking enthusiast, occasionnal fisher and passionate about wine, Gérard proposes three different menus :
traditional, gastronomic and degustation menu. Elaborated according to seasons, the menus give much credit to local products.


Traditionnal menu, vegetarian and Gastronomic

The traditionnal menucan consist in regional dishes like "Tatin pie with endives and Rollot (local cheese)", Flemish "Carbonade" or "Caqhuse".

A vegetarian menu can be propose. It is the fine produce from the garden and orchard of Gérard.

For the gastronomic menu, you can taste Gérard's "homemade" smoked fishes, or his piece of beef with morels or even his duck with orange sauce.

Degustation menu

The degustation menu allows you to discover wines, and gives you an initiation to wine tasting, dishes will be accorded to wines.

Those dinners are served on evenings, except on saturdays, with a minimum of 24h-notice.

A pic-nic basket or a cold meal can be provided on request.

For breakfast, which can be served up 8:30 to 10 o'clock in the dining room, you can taste Françoise's homemade jams and the honey of our friend James' beehives.
